Earlier this year I sorted all my financial matters out with you and your team. I decided to do all that because I was heading for my 50th Birthday.
My partner of 18 years kept saying that he would need to do the same as I kept him posted with my own dealings with you. He kept saying that
it looks so easy and affordable. But like so many people, he never got round to doing so.
And when he suddenly passed away on the 24th of October 2009, as a result of Swine flu and Pneumonia it wasn't just his death that devasted us.
We also suffered financial difficulties. As all normal families in a recession we didn't have much, we both worked hard all our lives but as we were
not married I did not qualify for any of the benefits that go with married couples. Our youngest son is 14 years old and he is still at school and
hoping to go to college later on. But again because we were not married, and I still work, the help from the government is minimal and I'm now classed
as a single mother.
Please could you recommend your customers to take relevant insurance in cases like mine. So that they don't have suffer like I do.
Funeral costs alone are thousands of pounds and at times like this it is so hard to think, let alone worry about things like that. It really was easy to deal
with you and your team and the advice was true and easy to understand. I'm so glad that I have sorted my finances out so that my children don't
have to worry about it when I die.
