Who will actually do my conveyancing?
Your conveyancing will be carried out by one of our approved firms of solicitors. There is no need for personal meetings and the solicitor does not need to be near where you live or work. Communication between you and the solicitor can take place by e-mail, letter or phone.
The service is very convenient and avoids the need for time-consuming meetings.

Will I speak to a real person or will it all be done online?
Your point of contact will be the solicitor dealing with your case. You can contact him or her just as if you had walked into their office, either by e-mail, letter or phone.

How can I keep track of all the costs?
From the very beginning you will be given a fixed quotation for all the legal expenses. The only variables are bought-in costs such as local searches.

If my transaction falls through will I still face a large legal bill?
The simple answer is no. You won’t pay a penny for legal fees on a transaction that doesn’t complete. You only pay for disbursements such as property searches and land registry searches etc. that your solicitor has had to incur on your behalf.

What if I can’t get in touch with my solicitor when I want answers to questions?
You will be given the direct telephone number and e-mail address of your conveyancer and you will be able to make direct contact with them anytime between 9.00am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday. You can also track the progress of your case using our online facility.
